Vortex Blastair
Vortex Blastair Air Cannon Systems and Solutions manufactured by Staminair® Corporation to solve material build up occuring in Silos, Hoppers, Cyclones, Kilns preheater, Cooler and in any powdery or granular storage
Reliable, efficient and cost-effective material build up removal, solutions and services.
Vortex Blastair Air Cannon Systems: More Blasting Power for Less Cost
The Vortex Blastair is a patent-pending air blaster designed to be the ultimate flow aid and declogging device. Manufactured and tested in a state-of-the-art facility by European engineering experts, our system delivers superior build up removal performance and efficiency.
The Vortex Blastair air cannon is currently available in three (3) sizes: DN 50 (V2), DN 100 (V4), and DN 150 (V6), in two (2) models: high temperature and low temperature.
The high-temperature Vortex Blastair is essential for eliminating severe concretions and caking in demanding environments like the cement kiln system:

High Temperature Applications (Up to 1200° C)
The high-temperature Vortex Blastair is essential for eliminating severe concretions and caking in demanding environments like the cement kiln system:
- Kiln Inlet
- Cyclones
- Coolers (Grate Cooler)
- Riser Duct
- Feeding Chute
- Many more critical process locations…
Low Temperature Application (Below 80° C)
Perfect for solving common flow problem issues such as bridging and ratholing in the storage and bulk material handling of any granular or pulverulent material:
- Silos
- Hoppers
- Bins (Serving as a powerful bin activator)
- Many more storage vessels…
